Fast estimates remain valid for thirty days from the date of the initial assessment.

Invoices are due upon completion unless prior arrangements with insurance carriers are confirmed.

Satisfaction guaranteed on workmanship for one year when all recommended drying steps are followed.

Clients must provide safe entry to all affected areas for equipment placement and monitoring.

Five Towns Water Damage is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects discovered during assessment.

Cancellations require twenty-four hours notice to avoid mobilization fees for scheduled crews.

Website content and technical procedures remain the exclusive property of Five Towns Water Damage.

Any disagreements will be addressed through mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the state where the service is performed.

Five Towns Water Damage may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
